Corrosion of a salt-coated Ni-superalloy has been studied at 900°C under a wet air and sulfur vapor ambient. The corrosion thickness, after an incubation of ~60 hr, linearly increases with the corrosion time t and the onset of surface spallation occurred at t ≈ 60 hr. The corroded layer consists of a corrosion front dominated by Cr3S4 scales and linear precipitate structures, an inner corrosion layer dominated by Ni3S2 and NiO, and an outer corrosion layer dominated by Al2O3 networks surrounding the Ni3S2 and/or NiO scale structures. Visualization of Hg(II) and MeHg in their native contexts is significant for examining mercury poisoning, while it is challenging because of indistinguishable fluorescent (FL) signals during FL imaging. Herein, visualizations of mercury methylation and dynamic transformations of Hg(II) and MeHg are achieved in living biological systems. Well distinguishable FL responses (blue emission for Hg(II), yellow emission for MeHg) are obtained by a double‐response FL probe (DPAHB) without any interference. As demonstrated by experimental and computational studies, the distinguishable signals are attributed to selective binding with DPAHB and different inhibition of excited‐state proton transfer. Through control tests for live‐dead markers, mercury methylation is demonstrated to be employed in living biological systems. Therefore, the methylation and dynamic transformations of both ions are monitored in zebrafish by imaging, and these results are confirmed by traditional high‐performance liquid chromatography‐based methods. The methylation of Hg(II) to MeHg, dynamic transformations and final accumulations of both species in zebrafish tissues are visualized successfully. This method is also convenient for fast evaluation of detoxification reagents. This is the first visualization of in vivo mercury methylation and dynamic transformation of both species and is effective for studying pathological processes in their native contexts. 相似文献
Aiming at the problem that the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm does not fully consider the influence of correlation between projects on recommendation accuracy, this paper introduces project attribute fuzzy matrix, measures the project relevance through fuzzy clustering method, and classifies all project attributes. Then, the weight of the project relevance is introduced in the user similarity calculation, so that the nearest neighbor search is more accurate. In the prediction scoring section, considering the change of user interest with time, it is proposed to use the time weighting function to improve the influence of the time effect of the evaluation, so that the newer evaluation information in the system has a relatively large weight. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm improves the recommendation accuracy and improves the recommendation quality. 相似文献
Persistent luminescence nanoprobes (PLNPs) can remain luminescent after ceasing excitation. Due to the ultra-long decay time of persistent luminescence (PersL), autofluorescence interference can be efficiently eliminated by collecting PersL signal after autofluorescence decays completely, thus the imaging contrast and sensing sensitivity can be significantly improved. Since near-infrared (NIR) light shows reduced scattering and absorption coefficient in penetrating biological organs or tissues, near-infrared persistent luminescence nanoprobes (NIR PLNPs) possess deep tissue penetration and offer a bright prospect in the areas of in vivo biosensing/bioimaging. In this review, we firstly summarize the design of different types of NIR PLNPs for biosensing/bioimaging, such as transition metal ions-doped NIR PLNPs, lanthanide ions-doped NIR PLNPs, organic molecules-based NIR PLNPs, and semiconducting polymer self-assembled NIR PLNPs. Notably, organic molecules-based NIR PLNPs and semiconductor self-assembled NIR PLNPs, for the first time, were introduced to the review of PLNPs. Secondly, the effects of different types of charge carriers on NIR PersL and luminescence decay of NIR PLNPs are significantly emphasized so as to build up an in-depth understanding of their luminescence mechanism. It includes the regulation of valence band and conduction band of different host materials, alteration of defect types, depth and concentration changes caused by ion doping, effective radiation transitions and energy transfer generated by different luminescence centers. Given the design and potential of NIR PLNPs as long-lived luminescent materials, the current challenges and future perspective in this rapidly growing field are also discussed.

Metallic nanocrystals manifest themselves as fascinating light absorbers for applications in plasmon-enhanced photocatalysis and solar energy harvesting. The essential challenges lie in harvesting the full-spectrum solar light and harnessing the plasmon-induced hot carriers at the metal–acceptor interface. To this end, a cooperative overpotential and underpotential deposition strategy is proposed to mitigate both the challenges. Specifically, by utilizing both ionic additive and thiol passivator to introduce symmetry-breaking growth over gold icosahedral nanocrystals, the microscopic origin can be attributed to the site-specific nucleation of stacking faults and dislocations. By adopting asymmetric crystal shape and unique surface facets, such nanocrystals attain high activity toward photocatalytic ammonia borane hydrolysis, arising from combined broadband plasmonic properties and enhanced direct transfer of hot electrons across the metal–adsorbate interface. 相似文献
In this paper, we study scheduling games under mixed coordination mechanisms on hierarchical machines. The two scheduling policies involved are ‐ and ‐, where ‐ (resp., ‐) policy sequences jobs in nondecreasing order of their hierarchies, and jobs of the same hierarchy in nonincreasing (resp., nondecreasing) order of their processing times. We first show the existence of a Nash equilibrium. Then we present the price of anarchy and the price of stability for the games with social costs of minimizing the makespan and maximizing the minimum machine load. 大数据时代,Graph500是评测超级计算机处理数据密集型应用能力的重要工具,E级验证系统的图遍历处理能力主要受限于内存空间和访存带宽,尤其是内存空间利用率直接决定了图的测试规模和测试性能.针对天河E级验证系统小内存特征,提出了基于双向位图的大规模图数据压缩存储方法(bidirectional-bitmap based CSR,Bi-CSR),Bi-CSR在CSR矩阵压缩的基础上引入行方向位图和列方向位图协同完成稀疏矩阵压缩存储,行方向位图主要负责行方向位图的压缩存储与索引,列方向位图除了进一步压缩图存储空间,还负责为顶点遍历向量并行优化提供加速空间.Bi-CSR大幅度减少了稀疏矩阵存储空间.面向天河E级验证系统,当图输入规模为237时,Graph500的图存储空间节约效率接近70%,全系统稳定测试性能为2.131E+12TEPS,性能最大加速比超过100倍. 相似文献
